Joe Biden issued a warning to Russia on Friday: if it were to enter NATO territory "there would be a third world war". He said this this afternoon in Philadelphia, after announcing new sanctions against the Russians. "It is guaranteed: if we respond, there will be a Third World War," he sentenced, before reiterating that his commitment is to defend the members of the Atlantic Alliance, which is why he has deployed "12,000 soldiers" on the borders of NATO countries that touch with Ukraine.
