Juan José Esparragoza Monzón, El Azulito, son of drug trafficker Juan José Esparragoza Moreno, El Azul, died in Sinaloa from covid-19, confirmed security sources. El Negro, as the son of the Sinaloa cartel boss was also known, was hospitalized for several weeks in a well-known clinic in Culiacán, after having acquired the virus.
