Uranium arrives in Bangladesh for Russia-backed nuclear plant

Bangladesh has started receiving uranium from Russia for a new nuclear power plant built with Moscow’s support. The first batch of nuclear fuel arrived at the plant in a village west of the capital Dhaka on October 6, 2023.
