Samuel García and members of his family seek protection against possible arrest orders

The governor of Nuevo Leon, Samuel Garcia and some members of his family, including his wife Mariana Rodriguez Cantu, have been able to obtain a provisional suspension against the actions of the First District Judge in Criminal Matters in Nuevo Leon. This suspension applies specifically to prevent the issuance of arrest warrants against them. According to the Suspension Motion 2063/2023, issued by Juan Fernando Alvarado López, 7th District Judge in the state of Tamaulipas, and of which the MILENIO-Multimedios platform has a copy, the provisional suspension is granted so that "the acts claimed" cease immediately, including the possibility of the deprivation of liberty and even life.
