Trump evaluates pardoning family members: can he do it?

According to multiple sources, the president plans to pardon family members and collaborators before handing over the post. Among these would be his sons, Donald Jr., Eric and Ivanka; his son-in-law, Jared Kushner and attorney Rudolph Giuliani.
