In Mexicali, a group of armed men wearing apocryphal uniforms of the FGE picked up Ramses Heriberto Zatarain Hernandez, brother of Rigoberto Zatarain Huitron, an agent of the Public Prosecutor's Office assigned to the Visitaduria area of the FGE. They took his life.
