Mexican child sends message to those who have "everything"

In the recording of almost three minutes long you can see Carlos Andrés, originally from Tzucacab, Yucatán, dressed in a plaid shirt carrying a basket of products while telling how his life is at such a young age. At the beginning of the video, the child reports that he lost his mother and lives with his grandmother. "I was 6 years old when my mother died, she left me with my grandmother and since I was 9 years old I started selling," she says. The child also explains that his grandmother helps him buy the things he needs for school and the products to go out to sell on the street; In addition, he barely earns just over 100 pesos per day. "As I do not have opportunities or anything, my grandmother buys me all the things I need for school," she explains. Carlos says that at 2:00 pm he starts selling pork rinds because he has to go to school first. "I come home from school, I do my homework, like, I bathe and go out." When asked about what he would say to those who have "everything", the child said: "Value what you have."
