Jerkers (Do this for 3-5 minutes) Leg popper (10 sets on each sides) AEROBICS kicks (200, hold 5 minutes) (10 seconds to 30 seconds worth of plunge each styles) (100, hold 5 minutes) (10 seconds to 30 seconds worth of plunge each styles) (200, hold 5 minutes) (10 seconds to 30 seconds worth of plunge each styles) Stretch and drink!!! repeat every 6 hours.
