Kazakhstan declares regional emergency after massive snowstorm

A regional emergency was declared in the Jambyl province in the south of Kazakhstan due to a snowstorm and poor visibility on Friday (De. 15). According to the state governorship, a regional emergency was declared in the region due to adverse weather conditions such as cold weather, snowstorms and decreased visibility. In the statement, it was explained that the electricity was cut off in 4 districts of the state due to strong winds and snowfall.
