Tsingtao falls foul with consumers after viral urination video

A viral video showing a man in uniform urinating into a huge container of malt has been viewed tens of millions of times on social media worldwide. China’s top beer producer and exporter, Tsingtao Brewery, said the video was recorded at one of its breweries in the eastern city of Qingdao. But in a statement, the company said that it had since secured access to the factory’s raw materials. The video has sparked outcry and food-safety concerns in South Korea.
