A girl was saved after being kidnapped thanks to the "help me" note she wrote in red marker, according to the authorities. She held up the sign at a Long Beach, California, parking lot in hopes someone would see it – and they did. The teenager was walking down the street in San Antonio, Texas, when federal prosecutors say Steven Sablan held up a gun and threated her to get in the car.
