Bodycam: Teen Threw Baby in Garbage After Giving Birth in Locked Hospital Bathroom, Police Say

A New Mexico teen is facing a first-degree murder charge after allegedly giving birth to her baby in a locked hospital bathroom and hiding it in a trash can where nurses later found it deceased. Bodycam footage shows her mother and Artesia police questioning 19-year-old Alexee Trevizo about the tragic incident. An autopsy ruled the baby’s cause of death was homicide.
