17-Year-Old Dalaneo Martin Fatally Shot by Police Officer

The FBI has opened an investigation into a police shooting that left 17-year-old Dalaneo Martin dead. Newly released police body camera footage shows Park Police quietly making their way into the back seat of a car that they believe was stolen by the teen, who was sleeping in the front seat.
