Cartel claims to hand over members behind killing of Americans

A Mexican cartel claims to have turned over five of its own members who it says orchestrated Friday’s attack that left two Americans dead. However, Mexican authorities continue their search for those responsible for the kidnapping in Matamoros, saying they believe it's a cartel tactic in which they turn over five low-level members to the authorities to stop the investigation into those who really committed the crime.
