Elon Musk Weasels His Way Out Of Deal To Buy Twitter

Elon Musk has officially filed a request to back out of his deal to buy Twitter over a so-called “material breach” in the purchase contract as well as accusing Twitter of providing “false and misleading” information during negotiations.
