#VIDEO: Abandoned dog runs after its owner's car

The driver of a vehicle allegedly abandoned his dog between Congreso de la Unión and Viaducto, in the Cuauhtémoc district of Mexico City. A witness recorded how the dog ran after the car, but never caught up with him.
