Omar Fayad's boat sinks in Tula

During his visit to Tula, in the state of Hidalgo, to supervise rescue operations following the floods caused by Monday's heavy downpour, the governor of the state, Omar Fayad, suffered an accident when the boat in which he was traveling capsized, causing it to end up in the sewage covering the area.
