Death of a child from a "brain-eating" amoeba puts Texas on alert
The death of Josiah Micintyre, a 6-year-old boy from a "brain-eating" bacteria led Texas Governor Greg Abott to issue a disaster declaration for Brazoria County and an order to boil water for the residents of Lake Jackson.
