ALERT! BLACK DEATH in #Mongolia Russia closes the border

The city of Tsetseg, in Mongolia's western Khov province, has been placed under quarantine after two suspected cases of Black Death were reported after eating raw groundhog meat, and the Mongolian government has announced that it will close the border with Russia to prevent an outbreak from spreading outside the country.
