#VIRAL: Teacher humiliates youth by connecting to the Internet from the street

Acts of humiliation towards a student from the Autonomous University of San Luis Potosi were denounced by classmates of a young man identified as Rafael, who was exhibited by his teacher, the notary public Elvia Castañón, for connecting to the virtual classroom from the street.
