Portland anti-police brutality protesters pushed back by pro-Trump pick-up trucks

Two pro-Trump pickup trucks drove into a crowd of protesters, whilst pepper spraying them during a 'Trump 2020 cruise rally route' event in Portland on Saturday night. Counter protesters clashed with Trump supporters trying to push the pickup trucks back from the ground with no success. They also reportedly blocked bridges and streets in an attempt to stop the group of Trump supporters who had driven into Portland downtown. The pickup trucks displayed American and Trump 2020 flags, and drivers could be seen discharging pepper spray from the vehicles. Some demonstrators also threw objects at the convoy. The pro-Trump rally reportedly drew hundreds of trucks full of supporters into the city, gathering for the third Saturday in a row. Anti-police brutality protesters have been assembling for months following the death of African-American George Floyd at the hands of police in Minneapolis on May 25.
