A bridge with cars in China collapses

Part of a bridge crossing a river has collapsed in southern China on Friday, and at least two vehicles fell into the water, Xinhua news agency reported, citing route management authorities. The accident occurred in the city of Heyuan, located in the province of Guandong. A rescue operation is underway at this time, and one person has been removed from the water. However, the exact number of people who were in the vehicles is still unknown. This city is one of the most affected by the floods in the province as a result of heavy rains.
