Man in wheelchair leaps off bridge in China

Metanews: Curious spectators and thrill-seeking base-jumpers converged on the Aizhai suspension bridge in the Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture of Hunan Province for the 2012 Aizhai Bridge International BASE Jump Festival on Sunday. More than 40 jumpers from over 13 countries including China, Germany, Great Britain and Spain made the event the largest base jump event in Asia. With a main span of 1,176 meters and a maximum height of 330 meters, the long-span Aizhai suspension bridge is the longest suspension bridge in China.
