U.S. Agency Enters $1.5 million Judgment On Payday Lender

According to a report by Reuters, the US consumer finance watchdog ordered an Alabama-based payday lender to return 500,000 dollars to borrowers who were overcharged. The settlement between Triton Management Group and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau was signed by Mick Mulvaney, who has been serving as the agency's interim director since November.
