Volcán de Fuego in #Guatemala re-erupts: lifeguards flee

Guatemala's Volcán de Fuego fired a hot cloud of gases and rocks on Monday after registering the most violent eruption in more than four decades on Sunday, the National Coordinator for Disaster Reduction (CONRED) reported. At least 38 people died and nearly 300 were injured on Sunday by the activity of the volcano, which threw rivers of lava and mud in surrounding areas and a shower of ash over the capital of the Central American country.
