This is the life of El Chapo Guzman in the United States jail.

The most dangerous capo of all time, Joaquín Guzmán Loera is in unit 10 south of the special housing unit of the metropolitan correctional center of New York, one of the prisons with the strictest security measures in the United States. This site has been home to several dangerous criminals such as the accomplices of Osama Bin Laden and Bernine Madoff, one of the greatest Wall Street scammers of all time. On the ninth floor of this immense building is "El Chapo". His cell measures only 6 by 2 meters, does not have a single window and the television was withdrawn because the prison authorities assured that they have to find a special programming for him like videos of National Geographic. He stays only 23 hours a day from Monday to Friday and they pass the food under the door. To the feared drug dealer, the only thing that accompanies him is his bed and a radio that allows him to listen only one hour a day. The light and air conditioning are always on, making it unbearable cold and can not sleep for more than an hour at a time. For some reason the clock he had in his cell was removed, taking away the only thing that allowed him to distinguish between day and night. He never leaves, his only chance to see the light of day is when he crosses a narrow hallway with a small window when he is on his way to visit with his lawyer. Unlike the other inmates, he is only allowed to do an hour of exercise a week in a room where there is only one stationary biclick, a treadmill and a television that is turned off as soon as he arrives.
