Policewoman killed African American in Oklahoma

A police officer of Tulsa (Oklahoma, USA) shot dead last Friday an unarmed black citizen whose car had broken down on a highway. The deceased was accosted by police after his van stop. Despite leading his hands up at all times and kept calm, Terence Crutcher, 40, he was held at gunpoint and shot dead as he lowered his arms, apparently to get the papers of the van in the glove compartment. This year, according to data collected by The Washington Post, 171 black people were shot dead by the police.
