N. Korea Resumed Plutonium Production This Year

While expressing that signs of plutonium activities stopped last month, the U.N. nuclear watchdog has confirmed North Korea appeared to resume activities this year aimed at producing plutonium. The substance can be used in the core of an atomic bomb.
