Police try to arrest young for skateboarding

Video shows how the Federal District police try to arrest a young man who skated in the Historic Center of Mexico City, for alleged "misuse of facilities" in reference to the sidewalk, arguing that it is prohibited in the new regulation of transit capital of the country. Eyewitnesses say that before this recording, youth insulted authority.
