Jared Leto Suing Over 'Stolen' Video

Jared Leto is heading to court! Just days after a video was released of the 30 Seconds to Mars front man slamming Taylor Swift’s music, he is now suing TMZ! The 43-year-old says TMZ was fully aware that he owned the footage to the video and that they had ‘absolutely no rights to sell it.’ They chose to post it anyway, which Jared says is stolen footage, an invasion of privacy and it was both legally and morally wrong.
