Jared Fogle in Court For Sentencing

Former Subway’s spokesman Jared Fogle will be sentenced today after pleading guilty to child pornography related charges after his home was raided by the FBI. The 38 year old has arrived in federal court in Indianapolis for his sentencing that could range anywhere between 5 and 50 years. His attorneys are asking for five years in prison while prosecutors seek a sentence of 12 and half years. We’ll keep you posted on what the judge decides.
