Mexican activist Javier Sicilia talks with Joe Arpaio in Arizona

The Caravan of Peace, led by poet Javier Sicilia, is in Arizona. Today condemned discriminatory and inhumane practices of the Maricopa County sheriff, Joe Arpaio, against migrants. The controversial official repudiation occurred off the 'city of tents' in Phoenix. The caravan conducts a tour of 27 cities, before concluding his trip in Washington on September 12.
