Kidnapping of family members of Mexican organized crime cartels who live in the United States has increased as a result of competition with each other, and they often are brought to Mexico to be tortured and killed, so requesting action U.S. authorities, says a report from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI, for its acronym in English)
