Police state fears? Cameron calls to disrupt social media during unrest
The British Prime Minister has vowed that rioters will pay for what they've done, as he addressed Parliament in the wake of clashes that engulfed the country. Cameron also said that the government, police and intelligence services were looking at whether there should be limits on the use social media sites like Twitter and Facebook to spread disorder.
