Raw Video: 18-wheeler Hits 2 Cars on NY Freeway

The New York Police Department police arrest man for alleged fraud, saying he was not part of a April traffic accident involving an 18 wheel tractor trailer hitting two cars on an expressway.The NYPD recently released surveillance video.
