Qaddafi seeks to hand-over power to his son

As the fighting rages on between government troops and anti-Qaddafi rebels, a Libyan envoy has been sent to Greece to propose an end to the fighting - including one proposal that has Qaddafi's son, Seif al-Islam take power.
