Tromba takes Tijuana by surprise

Yesterday a thunderstorm and strong winds were recorded in Tijuana, Baja California. Inhabitants of a third part of the city were in the dark for several hours, as a thunderstorm with winds of 45 and 60 km/hour affected the city. Two workers lived moments of terror, when they were on a scaffolding while making repairs in a building in front of Plaza Galerias and were left hanging while the storm passed.
