Heroic cop dives into pond to save blind dog from drowning

A video recorded by a police bodycam shows one officer wading through cold water and finding the dog, which appears to be stuck in reeds. The distressed pooch was then brought ashore by the officer. Sparky, an eight-year-old border collie, had fallen into the pond in Baisley Pond Park, New York City.
