Putin invites Biden ‘for tea' as US-supplied ATACMS arrive in Ukraine

Vladimir Putin has invited Joe Biden for tea, suggesting that he take back the long-range Army Tactical Missile System (Atacms) the US sent to Ukraine. The Russian president urged Mr Biden to visit Moscow “for blinis and tea” a day after Ukrainian forces used American-supplied ATACMS for the first time in some of the most destructive attacks to have been carried out on Russian air assets since the beginning of the war.
