Man Accused of Spraying Neighbor's Guests With Garden Hose

A New York man is being accused of spraying his neighbor's dinner party guests with a garden hose. Several guests say they were "completely drenched." Now, the hosts and their guests are suing the neighbor over what they say was a racially charged incident. The neighbor’s lawyer tells Inside Edition that Marcus Rosebrock "rejects any characterization that he is racist or that his actions were racially motivated.” He says the dinner party guests were “aggressive and violent.”
