3-Year-Old Knocked to Ground by School Employee

Disturbing video shows an adult chasing down a toddler at an Ohio school and then violently striking the boy in the back of the head. Now, the parents of that child are demanding answers. In the video, the boy is seen running down the hall as the employee follows him.
