Israel tests Chinese drone taxi over Jerusalem to help ease country’s traffic congestion

Israel tested an air taxi over Jerusalem on September 13, 2023, part of an Israeli experiment to develop a network of drones to carry passengers and cargo. Dubbed the Israel National Drone Initiative, the programme is backed by several public and private companies and is a bid to ease the country’s traffic congestion.
