Retired Paramedic Helps Cop Save Baby Who Stopped Breathing

A good Samaritan, who turned out to be a retired paramedic, helped a police officer save a baby who stopped breathing. The heroic story starts with Arizona cop Shaquille Perez leaping into action to save an infant who's not breathing.
