Man Arrested After Injecting Chemical Under Neighbor's Door: Cops

Shocking video shows a Florida man placing a syringe full of liquid under an apartment door. After Umar Abdullah and his wife had a baby, almost immediately their downstairs neighbor began complaining about the noise. Then the family began smelling a chemical like odor pervading the apartment. Abdullah installed a hidden camera that captured the suspect with a syringe by their front door. Initial toxicology reports from police say the substance being pumped into their apartment consists of two strong opioids.
