#OMG: Runner who went viral justifies herself; she came in last due to a 'sprain'

The runner identified as Nasra Abukar Ali went viral for crossing the finish line 10 seconds after the winner in the 100 meters during the University Games in Chengdu, China, causing outrage and jokes on social media. The runner gave an interview to a Somali journalist that was published on Facebook in which she claimed to have been "selected through a process by a university sports association".
