Elevator failure at IMSS in Guadalajara leaves 8 people trapped

On the 7th and 8th floors of the Social Security clinic in Jalisco, one of the elevators got stuck. Workers and users had to disassemble the ceiling panels in order to rescue the trapped people. It is the 46th clinic of the Social Security located on Lázaro Cárdenas Avenue in Guadalajara
