Police officers denounced as BORRACHOS firing weapons at citizens

Tlaxcala - A group of 4 agents of the Municipal Police of Tlaltelulco were exhibited in an obviously inappropriate state, activating their weapons with the sole purpose of having fun in front of the local police station.
