Director of Public Security intimidates Municipal President

The bad elements of the Police grab evenly, now Arturo Covarrubias Cervantes, who is the Municipal President of San Damian Texoloc suffered the outrages made by the Director of Security of the Police of Tlaxcala. The Police Director wanted to search this person because supposedly someone had made a report, the issue here was that the agent arrived opening the door of the private vehicle without the consent of the driver.
