#VIRAL: Taxi drivers videotape alleged goblins constantly frolicking in a Bolivian neighborhood

A group of cab drivers swear they recorded several goblins playing as children at midnight in an area known as the 'barrio de los duendes' (neighborhood of the goblins) in Bolivia. Cab drivers and locals say the neighborhood was built over an enchanted forest, but some go so far as to say they are the souls in pain of children playing at night.
