#TITANIC: SOUNDS of BANGS detected in SEARCH area for MISSING SUBMARINE
There is renewed hope of finding alive the 5 crew members of the Titan, the small submersible destined to visit the wreck of the Titanic that disappeared earlier this week. Rescue teams have detected banging sounds at half-hourly intervals in the search area for the missing submarine. Rescuers are currently working against the clock because the passengers have less than 24 hours of oxygen left. Teams from Canada, the U.S. Coast Guard, private boats and a French underwater robot capable of descending to a depth of 6,000 meters are participating in the search.
